Official Rules
Entry
Contest runs from 12:00 pm noon Pacific Standard time May 4th 2012 until June 22th 2012 at 1:00 pm Pacific Standard time.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase from any of the 20 participating businesses will not increase your chances of winning. Please direct all questions to the contest promoter, O Bee Credit Union, at 3900 Cleveland Ave SE, Tumwater, WA 98501-4098
Eligibility
The contest is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age or older who has a social security number at the time of entry. Business entities are not eligible to participate.
Employees of any of the sponsors of this contest are not eligible to participate in this contest.
How to Play
Contest participants must use a web-enabled device that plays video and pre- register their phone at www.capturethetag.org. Only one phone registry (phone number) per entry. The participant will also need to download the Microsoft app
http://gettag.mobi in order to capture the 20 business tags during the contest.
Participants must have at least 20 business tags downloaded on their web-enabled device to be eligible to enter the drawings for the cash prizes and the 5 ipads.
Prizes
First Prize: One (1) First Prize of $10,000 will be awarded in a random drawing.
Second Prize: One (1) Second Prize of $3,000 will be awarded in a random drawing.
Third Prize: One (1) Third Prize of $2,000 will be awarded in a random drawing.
Fourth Prizes: Five (5) ipads will be awarded in a random drawing.
Total of all Fourth Prizes is $2,712.45.
Combined total of all prizes to be awarded $17,712.45.
Must be persent to win at the Capture the Tag event located at Huntamer Park 618 Woodland Square Loop Southeast, Lacey, Washington Saturday June 23, 2012 1:00pm (PST). Drawing will be at 2:00 pm (PST) The winners will be notified on June 23, 2012 @ 2:30pm (PST) To obtain a list of winners go to www.capturethetag.org
Conditions:
The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Prizes are not transferrable and no substitutions will be made. The sponsors are not responsible for injury or damage of any kind related to or resulting from participation in the contest. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or dropped internet connections or signal strengths provided by cellular carriers. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow the sponsors use of his/her name, photo and story which may be used for advertising and publicity purposes on their websites, newsletter and printed news media without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Except where prohibited Prize Winners must sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt, an IRS form W-9 in order to claim their prize. If potential Prize Winner fails to return the form W-9 within the seven (7) days of receiving it, the potential Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Prize and another winner will be selected. All taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners.
